For built in or connected cameras



  1. Select Share Your Camera from the 2 options below
  2. Use Video Source Drop down to select the desired camera
  3. Use Audio Source drop down to select camera and any microphone audio you want streamed.
  4. Click the green start button




For Zoom, Teams or Similar app


  1. Join Meeting in Browser and not the app. 
  2. If prompted to install an app hit cancel
  3. Click  "Join rom Browser"   For Teams skip to
  4. (Zoom only )- if there's no "join from browser" option click "Launch Meeting"
  5. Hit cancel if prompted to download zoom app.  "Join from Browser" should now be visible.
  6. Join meeting and come back to this tab when done
  7. Click "Share your screen" from the 2 options below
  8. Select the browser tab containing your meeting & Come back to this tab if you're switched off

1  - Prep your Content Source

Join Meeting in Browser and not the app.

  1. Locate the meeting invite link from your email or calendar invitation.
  2. Click the join link to join the meeting.
  3. If a pop-up window prompts you to open or install the Zoom desktop client, click Cancel.
  4. At the bottom of the page, click the Join from your Browser link.
  5. Note: If you don't see this option, click "Launch Meeting".  Cancel download prompt if it appears.
  6. Join the meeting and come back to this page.
  7. Click "Share your screen" from the 2 options below
  8. Select the browser tab containing your meeting & Come back to this tab if you're switched off
  9. Adjust size if your browser to fill in the area

Join meeting from Browser.

  1. In your email invite, select Join the meeting now or enter meetign URL in a browser tab.
  2. If prompted to download the app hit cancel.
  3. Click "Join from Browser"  and return to this tab
  4. Click "Share your screen" from the 2 options below
  5. Select the browser tab containing your meeting & Come back to this tab if you're switched off

For in-person only meetings/events

  1. Make sure all external cameras and audio sources are accessible on your computer.
  2. Select Share Your Camera from the 2 options below
  3. Use Video Source Drop down to select the desired camera
  4. Use Audio Source drop down to select all the audio sources  you want streamed.
  5. Click the green start button






  1. Click on the "Switch to Live button"  to start streaming
  2. Click "Switch to Regular playlist" and close this window to end stream.


2 - Start and Stop Streaming

Step 1 - Prep your Source

  • Zoom - Join in Browser. Not the app

    1. Open new browser tab and enter meeting URL
    2. Select "Join the Meeting" and then Cancel prompt to open the Zoom app
    3. If visible, click  "Join from your Browser" towards the bottom of the page. 
    4.  If not visible click "Launch Meeting" and again cancel the prompt to open the Zoom app
    5.  "Join from your browser" should now be visible.  Click and return to this tab.

  • Microsoft Teams

    1. Open new tab and enter your meeting URL
    2. Click Cancel if prompted to download the Teams app.
    3. Click "Join from Browser"  and return to this tab

  • External Camera & Mic

    1. Connect all external cameras and audio sources to your computer.

Step 2  -  Setup Stream

  • Share Screen - Zoom Teams etc

    1. Click "Share your screen" from the 2 options below
    2. Click the Green "Share your Screen" button
    3. Select the browser tab containing your meeting 
    4. Allow any permissions if they're requested & come back to this tab 
    5. Adjust window size of your browser to fill in the screenshare area

  • Share Camera

    1. Select "Share Your Camera" from the 2 options below
    2. Use Video Source Drop down to select the desired camera
    3. Use Audio Source drop down to select all the audio sources  you want streamed.
    4. Click the green start button

Step 3  -  Start & End stream


  1. Click on the "Switch to Live button"  to start streaming
  2. Click "Switch to Regular playlist" and close this window to end stream.
